The unique concentric circular pump casing and wide impeller design of our centrifugal pump demonstrate its characteristics of being wear-resistant and having a long service life. Moreover, the maintenance and operation costs during use are also very low. The concentric circular design can reduce vibration and turbulence because it can cause significant wear when injecting drilling fluid containing hard solids into the pump. This design can also alleviate the high load and radial force impact on the pump. The wide impeller design of our centrifugal pump can reduce the speed at which the liquid leaves the blades. The narrow blade design will cause a great impact on the blades from hard substances in the drilling fluid, while the wide blade design will not have this situation. In addition, our centrifugal pump is equipped with large-load bearings, which have a larger diameter than ordinary pumps and extend the service life. It can even directly connect the shaft with the transmission belt to drive the centrifugal pump. The material of our centrifugal pump is mainly high-hardness alloy wear-resistant cast iron, stainless steel and bronze. It can be driven by electric motors, diesel engines or hydraulic motors.
